Today is the day! Today is the premier of Twinderella. I am the wicked stepmother and am great at it! The grandparents are here, I have a stunning costume, and have everything memorized [phew!]. I am wearing all of my relatives jewlery, so I will have them on my side. I am very excited about the play and hoping that I could get hired for an adult play next year. Whelp, the stepmother must get dressed. Signing off.
So I’m done with this reading critic crap. A blog is supposed to be about the author right? Right. Whelp, I have decided to make it that way because my life is so incredibly interesting [stop laughing]. So, I’m in a musical here in small town Granby. It is called Twinderella. No, not Cinderella. Twinderella. Twin. It is the story of Cinderella’s twin brother Bob [played by my best guy friend Chase]. In this twist of a tale, I play Cinderella’s cruel stepmother. Fitting right? If you saw the play last year, you know about Mel Merman, from the DNR [department of natural resources]. Well, his real name is Caleb and he plays Bob’s evil stepfather. In the end, we get married. Fun, fun. The only real problem is height. I’m 5’8 and he’s probably 5’3. Well I have to get to practice.
